No State Field on Checkout

Your checkout page should look like the picture below, with a drop down menu to select a state.

If this isn't the case you may need to do a hard refresh on the page. Here are instructions depending on your operating system.

Windows/Linux:

1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
2. Or, hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:

1. Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
2. Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R
