If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact support@kiinde.com. Kiinde will provide refunds for items purchased only from the Kiinde.com store within 30 days of the purchase date. If this is the case, we will need you to provide us with the Order Confirmation Number. If it was not purchased from our store, then you would be beholden to the return policy of the store from which it was purchased.
To return an item purchased from the Kiinde.com store, please email us at support@kiinde.com with the Order Confirmation Number and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. Please note, Kiinde does not provide return shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned item, Kiinde will issue a refund of the purchase price paid to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
